The Herbivorous Butcher have been slinging their animal-free meats from the Minneapolis Farmers Market since this past summer, but they’re now working hard to open a brick-and-mortar location in Minneapolis. Their Kickstarter is going strong and their dreams are coming true. While this is huge news for the plant-eating population of the Twin Cities, this is also good news for vegan foodies from coast to coast. The Herbivorous Butcher plan to ship their meatless meats nationwide.

The cleaver-wielding duo behind The Herbivorous Butcher are Aubry and Kale Walch, a brother and sister duo that have over 20 years of meat-free eating between them. Passionate about vegan living, eating, and cooking, the pair are excited to bring more of their popular vegan meats to herbivores and omnivores alike.
